Kath Dickson Institute is our registered training organisation (RTO 5394) specialising in nationally recognised early childhood qualifications throughout Queensland since 1996. Our approach to training is practical, supportive and flexible. You will be assigned your own trainer, from our network throughout Queensland, who will work with you to ensure you acquire the hands-on skills you need for your chosen role. They will provide support as and when you need it, in person, on the phone and by email.

CERTIFICATE III IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE (CHC30121)
Open the doors to a new career in early childhood.
With a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, you are eligible to work as an educator in a long day care centre, family day care, preschool or kindergarten.
DIPLOMA OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE (CHC50121)
Enhance your early childhood knowledge and skills.
With a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, you are eligible to work as a lead educator, nominated supervisor, centre director or children’s services co-ordinator.
ADVANCED DIPLOMA OF COMMUNITY SECTOR MANAGEMENT (CHC62015)
Position yourself as a leader in the early childhood sector.
This course will provide you with the practical skills required to lead and manage an early childhood service.
First Aid and CPR Training Courses
Complete a one-day first aid course with us to gain the confidence and skills to respond to emergencies in an early childhood setting.
